Is this form placing an order right away?

No—it’s a quote request only. Once submitted, we’ll review your request and follow up within 24 hours.

How far in advance should I place a custom order?

We recommend placing your order at least 5–7 days in advance. For larger or themed orders, two weeks is ideal.

Can I customize the flavour, dietary needs, or design?

Yes! You can select from gluten-free, vegan, keto/paleo, nut-free, and more. Share your ideas—we love bringing them to life!

Is there a minimum order requirement?

For most custom cakes and trays, the minimum order starts around $45 CAD. We’ll confirm this when we follow up on your request.

Can I schedule a pickup or delivery?

Currently, only pickup is available at our Kensington location, and will soon also start delivery within Calgary.
