I’m Marsha Hebert, founder of Eat For Life By Marsha Inc. and a lifelong advocate for gluten-free living. My journey began over 40 years ago, driven by personal struggles with anemia and food intolerances. When my daughter faced similar health issues, my mission deepened — to heal through food and nourish with purpose. What started in my kitchen became a movement:
In 2023, I opened Gluten-Free Pantry in Kensington. Today, that vision lives on in MarshaSophia Gluten-Free Bakery & More — a place for gluten-free food, coaching, events, and community connection.
